My personal experience challenges your article. I found I had a Vitamin D deficiency in 2020. I started taking 1000 IU supplement but it the dose was not enough to get is above the minimum requirement in my blood test (30 ng/ml). I got Covid in 2021 and it was very rough, I never got the clot shot. Since then, I take up to 5000 IU in the winter and just a 1000 IU in the summer. My I literally never got a cold, cough or even sore throat for the past 3 years. I used to get sick at least once or twice a year. I'm convinced its the vitamin D supplement. I keep my level above 40 ng/ml, and the range is 30-100.

Thanks for your comment!

I'm really happy to hear that you've successfully managed your health issues.

I just wanted to clarify that the article is actually talking about how 'vitamins' have never been scientifically proven or isolated as natural molecules, at least according to current medical literature.

Of course, science is always evolving, so who knows? Maybe that'll change someday.

Anyway, I hope you continue to stay healthy and happy.

Thanks!
